Tip to job seekers: read the obituaries…….

I’ve often heard that if you live in New York, a good way to find an apartment is to look in the obituaries. Makes sense, lot of people little space, somebody dies the space opens up. Unlike our northeast neighbors, Florida doesn’t have the problem of high population vs. available rentals. Where we do beat them is unemployment.
